Account on Hold Despite FICA Submission

Dear FNB Team,

I’m extremely frustrated. My account has been placed on hold despite me submitting my FICA documents. I was then sent a due diligence form with a "click and save" function that doesn't work. I printed and submitted the form manually, yet my account remains inactive. I have submitted ALL the documents required

I contacted Secure Chat, and they advised me to call in. I called and waited on the line for 17 minutes with no assistance before my airtime ran out. I’m unable to call back because my account is on hold, and I can’t buy airtime.

I also cannot visit a branch because I’m at work – the very job that enables me to maintain a premium account with FNB.

This entire process feels unnecessarily difficult, worse than pulling teeth.
