Account on hold

Good day,

I am extremely disappointed in the service from FNB, my account has been put on hold for outstanding fica documents, I took my ID and proof of residence to the FNB Branch in Centurion Lifestyle Centre. The lady updated my account and said my salary will be in my account in the next 1 hour, that was since 9.30 this morning. My salary is still not in my account and this is frustrating as my debits will now bounce. I was not contacted or made aware that my account is going to be put on hold and now i cannot do anything, no transactions, no payments nothing can be done.
