Account on hold

My account was reported for ***** and the case was handled by Lunga Bottoman of which he managed to solve the case and he told me to wait 24 hours for my account to be unholded. I tried to make deposit and they didn't go through, so I had to go to the branch and check what's happening and they said my account is still on hold. I tried to call Mr Lunga but I couldn't get hold of him the call just went straight to voicemail. Please kindly assist about my account. I really don't know what to do from here because he was the one dealing with the case. Otherwise, I would like to rate him 10/10 for his service and he is well trained for customer service.
