Account On Hold

Hello, I went to the nearest FNB branch on Friday the 1st September 2023 to have my FICA documents updated and I was told to wait for 72 hours for a matter that was escalated. 72 hours has long elapsed yet my account still seems to be on hold. I am also denied access to the mobile banking system. May you kindly assist in this regard. Thank you
