Account on hold

Yesterday my dad was getting paid, ge transfered me R10 000 to my account, immediately after sending it my account was on hold saying there's ***** happening to my account, when I go to branch they say someone from capitec reported my account saying I made some *****. Okay then today me and dad we went to capitec to enquire about this they said they didn't call anyone and on my dad's account everything is in order, they even provided me with proof of payment that states my dad is the one who made payment.

I went back there telling me to wait for investigator to call me even now there's no investigator that called, and I need the money for school fees please help.
