Account on hold

Good day

On the 4th of August I received an email stating my account is being put on hold due to ********** activity, a customer that couldn't reach me and became paranoid then called ***** department to complain and they didn't bother calling me first but decided to freeze my account instead and its 3 weeks later to no avail and I'm still unable to access my money, I've got bills to pay, a family to provide for. How do you expect me to do that? Its my hard earned money . This ain't fair .
