Account on hold

I was informed last week Tuesday that my account was on hold due to missing RICA documents, I resubmitted last week Wednesday till today my account to still on hold. being trying the past 2 days to get this resolved but the secure chat keeps me on hold and saying I'm in the queue.

why is this so doifficult to rreslove?
