Account on hold.

My accout was put on hold since Tuesday. They said I have to provide proof for a transaction that was made. The transaction was an app transfer from my cash stash account to my business account. I sent an email back attached with the statement such that they can tell me the real transaction that was made on my account and I send the proof but their is no response. I can't work now
