Account Not Found

<p>How sick and tired i am every single time i have to do cellphone banking or even going to the ATM and it gives me this sweet message of "Any FNB branch to help you, Account not found" or my favorite "Your transaction could not be completed. for queries, call ********** 405" where the call does not even go through. Reason for most people doing cellphone banking is cause they dont have the time to stand in a que for hours and cause we have jobs where we can't just pop into a branch during our lunches, al;most everyday I've been getting calls from agents selling this and that of FNB so why can't you contact your clients to let them know first that there is problems with your systems. and please fix your phone at the Newton Park PE branch. the agents at your braches are quite good and helpful but I have no time at all to enter a bank during the week or weekends, so please fix your systems and stop deducting for transactions that could not be completed. Thank you</p>
