Account not closed as requested

I have a bank account ending in 546006 this account was opened in 2022 and now the fees are up to R203 when I actually did go in to a brunch and asked them to close the account it truns out they didn't fnb this is unacceptable and I shouldn't be hold accountable for your fnb brunch mistakes this account ending in 546006 should be closed asap and all the fees should be reversed I shouldn't be made to pay for something that I requested to be closed and nver was closed
