Account not closed

Here again because the only way anything happens is when I complain. I requested for my account to be closed. Was told it would take 10 days. It is now way past 10 days and I am being charged the monthly fee, account still open. The whole reason I am closing my account is to move to a better bank that actually does what clients request! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
