Account Not Active

I am very dissapointed with FNB I opened a SHARE BUILDER account some time last month .Yesterday I transfer money into the account to buy shares and guess what Account is not active .Call your Shares and invest Department today 30.04.2015 I was inform that Account is not Active as I need to sign Document ,those document were sent to the consultant who helped with opening of account .I wanted to buy shares and this is inconvienienting me as a customer and now share price has gone up . I am very dissapointed.
