hello Peter, my name is Gidela Mkwa**** and my Bond id with FNB, what happened here is my mortgage account got into arrears as i was on Debt Review and ended up with R20 000 and i got into an arrangement with FNB with that regards, i started paying and extra R500 onto my monthly instalment and i ended up paying R2500.00 every month, according to my knowledge i have paid up the arrears with my last month instalment that went thru the 24 Aug 2015 and now my monthly instalment need to be adjusted to its normal instalment but what suprises me i still get their sms that indicate that my account in in arrears and i must settle that. i really need help in this regards because this has caused me unpleasantness in my life from the time i owed FNB as i was constantly harassed and threatened by all who handled my account up to this day. i need peace now!
