I went to FNB in Glen Marais looking to have a simple account for paypal transactions and hopping that I will get a good service and possibly move my business to them. I was happy to open the FNB Fusion Aspire account and pay R99 on monthly fees. I however ended up with an FNB Fusion Premier account which im being charged a monthly account fee of R240 and a service fee of R315. I went to the bank to try and get this matter resolved and still did not receive proper help, they only managed to link my pay pal account and order me a card. I have raised this matter three times with FNB and to date I have not received help other than just changing my profile. For a company this big to fail to resolve such a matter and not treat their clients with respect, I am disappointed with the service and will advice fellow friends and family against this business. i will be fighting to get my money for the charges encored since the account was opened and all the fees collected for the credit facility on my name which i did not ask for.
