Account management

a Number of years ago I took out a loan with FNB Loans. I have a cheque account with them and had good service. I then decide to make a personal loan with them and also buying my car through Wesbank. About a year and a half ago I contacted them and asked as I have my original loan for R39140, and I paid back about R45000, what would be my settlement amount be. Because the total repayable amount was R78666.80. The lady then told me an amount. This would have been R300 less than my total outstanding amount. I asked then what about the interest that would not be in play. She answered that its the type loan I have. There is no getting out of interest. I then said that I can just be going on and pay the normal monthly fee then. I did, until I had no finances a couple of months ago because of a contract that did not pay us. That caused me to fall behind with payments. I did contact them to make arrangements. This arrangement was for R300. Starting the 3rd of September. Unfortunately the work I did at that time payed late, but on the 2nd of October I payed R1900. There wasn't real communication apart from that I kept on paying after that. This month an amount R395 was taken of my cheque account on the 4th of December. Then again on the 7 th of December and amount of R1966.67 was taken. This is my original contract fee. Then again on the 11th of December an amount of R2195.32 was taken. After witch I contacted them again. The person I spoke to said someone loaded a com-pain on my account. What ever that means. I know I am in arrears, but they are not the only people I must pay. We had an arrangement of R300. Earlier this week I spoke to them and then made another arrangement that will start on the 5th of January 2018. Yesterday I received an sms that read that I did not keep to the arrangement ant therefore will now run the risk of losing my credit insurance. Then after that I received another sms, after I asked them again what the settlement amount is now. This is what they said. "This is your one time only max discount offer for a limited time. Settlement is R8697.74 my full outstanding balance is R8676.86. WOW MY SETTLEMENT IS MORE THAN WHAT I OWE> R21 more..... This is total ridiculous. I asked that I can speak to someone that can explain this and would also listen what I say, but that is asked to much. I had three days this week spending HOURS everyday on telephone with them. But no joy.
