Account locked who knew?

Online banking/APP has to be the worlds worst. why you might ask, will let me tell you how i wasted 4 hours trying to make payments on the app and online banking. There is absolutely no indication that the account is locked, you can fill on OTP authentication every thing. Even error codes from APP to online banking is not consistent (guess this is just to confuse you) Honestly that's not good enough, has any 1 herd of email or App notifications showing your account is locked during log on, guess not.

Please do not contact me remember iv spent over 4 hours figuring out *** is going on so i'm already aware how to get the account unlocked.
