Account locked due to address issue - no communication

I opened 2 x youth accounts, what a nightmare. Poor process and communication. I am shocked. I finally went into the branch and it turns out that my account was locked due to an address issue. This stopped payments from coming in etc. The concerning point is that I wasn't aware of it, and received no communication that it was locked or how to resolve it. Thankfully the branch consultant was able to assist.
