Account linking proplems
My account is showing on my dads profile and he has access. He opened my acc when i was a student. this issue popped up before and i recall going to the Paarl branch lady grey street to sort this out. I think the lady was called Lesley. This was prob in 2009. I get a incontact msg yesterday to day R150 was withdrawn from my acc in Paarl. Because this happened before i call my dad and ask if he withdrew money and if he can see my account. He said yes he could. I call the call centerband im told i must go to a branch to sort it out. Why with all the digital options available must u do this if i remember fixing this issue and isnt this a breach of privacy as well?
