account linked incorrectly

FNB goes and link my work nuber the company profile to my personal profile spent 2hrs on the phone and no one can resolve the issue. I had an operation yesterday not well recovered and im having to deal with this. Everytime my colleagues at work try to call *** from the work phone it brings up my details. Im closing all my accounts tired of this *********** bank.
