Account kept on hold without a valid concern

I am so disappointed with fnb. I thought opening an account with them was a wise decision but I regret. My account was put on hold for more than two weeks now by Katlego matlou who unfairly blocked my account. I had money coming in this new account through money gram it was 500$ sent by my partner. I needed to buy a flight ticket for my mother. This incident happened on the 31st of march 2025. Thereafter my account was blocked, I went to the branch from Cresta and I was assist by duduzile who promised to follow up about this incident however she then said she forgot about it after I went to the branch the following week to ask her what’s happened. This was then handed over to Selina from the same branch, she requested me to send all documents that were needed which is the receipt of the money that came in and an affidavit stating what the account is for, however the only feedback she gave me was that they are unable to assist of Katlego is on leave. I am so disappointed because I have needs that need to be met, it’s Easter holidays my family will starve I’m a breadwinner of 8 people at home and my step daughter hasn’t been going to school because I haven’t paid her fees since the account is kept on hold with all my money … Katlego blocked my account without calling me and ask necessary questions before making a decision. I am not happy and I really want to take this matter further.
