Account just put on hold

I received an email stating that an amount that was incoming into my account (i.e. has not even arrived) is proceeds of alleged *****. The email requested I provide why I received the funds and that I provide proof.

I emailed the ***** consultant that mailed me back (Kabelo Shai) stating why I received funds and with a screenshot of the proof and everything and received no reply nor the money in my account but instead my account is just still on hold.

This was all last week and I still have heard nothing nor gotten any response from them.
