Account issues

I have been trying to sort out my account. I've given my paperwork to the Vineyard branch. It was sent to the debt review department. They said it was cleared. I also spoke to risk management, they said my account is sorted out. I tried to apply for a loan but worth luck. I don't know what more to do. Maybe I should take my business somewhere else. Its just pathetic service. Im so frustrated.
