Terrible service, no communication even after various complaints queries lodged. Accounts deactivated without a reason and cards not delivered after they approach you to offer you upgrades on their services that they misrepresent when they offer to you.

13 May 2022, 09:35Just received a rude call from dsv agents claiming they represent FnB and blaming me for their drivers lying about delivery attempts that they didn't do. Am I as an FnB client suppose to be liable to such abused from your courier company? 2nd they blatantly refused to deliver the card and told me to go to the branch is this a FnB resolution?
