Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing difficulties in both making a transfer and purchasing airtime through my account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. Error that I am receiving:

You cannot transact from this card/account as it is inactive or there are insufficient funds available in this account.

Error code: 217

I have gone through my account statements, and there is no visible *****ulent activity visible.

What can I do to fix this?
