Account in lock up due to wrong request
I am utterly dissapointed by the fact that my husbands account is now in lock up. An original bank statement from ABSA bank as well as a confirmation of residence print out stamped by ABSA bank was sent to the KYC department but now we are told that this is not acceptable as means of confirming residential status.

As far as my knowledge, the FIC Law states that other bank statements are a valid means of verification.

I will appreciate it if this matter can be resolved asap.
