Account in excess

I have banked with FNB since they had BOB accounts - my parents sent up one of these savings accounts for me when I was young. So I would like to think that I am a damn loyal customer!! However I am closing my FNB account Durban to the following: 1. I keep receiving smses saying that my account is in excess. How the hell is my account in excess when I have a credit balance? I am a loyal customer and my account is always in the credit and FNB is stuffing up my credit rating!!! 2. Transfers from my savings account to my Cheque account does not reflect immediately. Matter of fact I did a transfer yesterday and it is still not reflecting till now. 3. FNB sends in contact messages to say that funds are reserved but then the amount is deducted twice? 4. I contacted the call center now and literally had to input the options 4 times and still nothing? So isn’t that how the call center works? Just keep pressing buttons and never speak to someone?
