account in excess
I am so disgusted at the way FNB Bank is treating me, they sent me an sms telling me that my account is in excess and I must correct it". My account is sitting on Credit balance and they have the nerve to send me this **** sms. I demand them to withdraw this sms and SEND ME AN APOLOGY LETTER WITHIN 24HRS or they will leave me no option but to institute legal action against them. Pathetic bank..."
