Account has been *******ly debited

FNB transferred an amount of R2000 from my account which has R74 branch charges, when I called the bank I had been sent from pillar to post. My banker alerted me that it is a personal loan account that has been handed over to Norman & associates, I called Norman & associates and they told me that FNB has deducted the funds for a personal loan. They also deducted R200 last year November. Norman & Associates have not made any arrangements to deduct funds from my account from their systems.

I have tried calling this morning, I still have been sent from Legal department whose number was incorrect.

Please assist in this regard as my account has been accessed without my concern. I have not had an arrangement for this transaction. The current FNB account was opened in September last year. I have no debit orders going off this account.
