Account hacked and wiped clean

End of March my account was hacked and a digital payment went off which wiped my entire account clean. I reported the incident immediately and received a case number from their ***** line . I have not received any feedback yet and when I call or go into the branch all I get told is it takes 30 days for investigation and i still don't have any feedback or update .
