Account hacked and money deducted

On the 8th of May 2020 my 18 year old daughter drew a statement and discovered that her account has been hacked over R700 was deducted from her account which she has no idea what it's for. I've logged a complaint on Facebook and one lady rep**** that lufthansa airlines has been hacking people's accounts. I don't know if that's true but all I know is that I want the money back as they have no right to deduct money and who's flying where now if we in lockdown. I never had problems with FNB up until now, who gives anyone right to do that to vulnerable people
