Account hacked and FNB refuses to Refund

My account was hacked on Good Friday for the amount of R3899.24 with reference number Learnspread.com. I know nothing about this company. It was a card transaction. I immediately reported the matter and was transferred to the ***** division and received the following case number: ***. Upon following up I was advised that the refund was rejected because I punched in my card number. CCV and even received an OTP number which I know nothing about. Should I now suspect FNB in this regard?

I have been a loyal customer with FNB from 2013. I even have my home loan with FNB. If this is the service I get from FNB then I'm prepared to move my cheque account and home loan to another bank. Right now my personal details were leaked and I'm told it's my fault. If I can trust you with my money then you definitely don't need me as a client. If my refund is not paid, then I'm moving my business where I will get the service.

As a bank you need to comply with Consumer protection Act 68 of 2008 and section 42 which provides for my rights as a consumers to be protected against *****.
