ACCOUNT HACKED
Good day,
I have called FNB with regards to my online banking being in logged into unknowingly and debit orders has been reversed without my knowledge. I am not sure who has done this. I tried lodging a claim and was put through debit orders and was cut off, my anger and fraustration is that i have an insurance claim and i cannot proceed with my claim due to the fact that there was a reversal. I cannot understand how that some of money was debited +-R450 and +-R370.00, i am only aware that R200.00 can be reversed with FNB. I am frustrated and been given the run around with my claim no due to this issue.

I had received a call from FNB ***** department however i was told that another consultant from debt order reversals will make contact with me , i currently have an insurance claim pending and i did advise the consultant from the ***** department that the debit orders were reversed and i need something in writing to provide to my insurers . I had changed cellphones so that could of been the issue. I have still not received a call from anyone . I need this matter resolved urgently
