Account frozen(very frustrated)

Very dissapointed and frustrated. My account was put on hold fr 10 days now . From day one they didnt communicate as to why, Been calling the call centre non stop everyday and they would just say someone will contact you within 30days .

Going through a lot of unnecessary stress.
