Account frozen wrongful.

FNB...... has frozen my business account without informing me and now l can't do anything on this account. My small business is now stacked, l don't know what to do. I went to there branch and they promise to find a solution but till today I am waiting its being such an inconvenience, now I am unable to receive of send funds in this account unprofessional.
