Account frozen without warning

There is a restriction on my FNB easy account Apparently due to outstanding FICA. I have received absolutely no communication regarding this, my account was just simply frozen, without warning, putting me in a difficult situation to meet my obligations.

If I log in, it says "no documents outstanding"

I am currently in Germany, and I cannot simply phone or visit a branch. I was promised an email by the Fica remediation department, but this never came either.

How can I escalate this?
