account frozen without reason

fnb froze my account for unknown reason according to a branch in lusikisiki i waited for 2 hours while they were busy communicating with a head office in joburg. after that the consultant by the name of coceka said my account frozen due to proof of address i must submit.proof i already submitted to Marcus Schwepper in Menlyn pretoria on the 28th of oct 2015.my family is stuck in lusikisiki with no money or food..i was shocked when they wanted me to come with my employment contract bcause im in lusikisiki to work. .i demand u to open my account. fnb has cross the line now. .call me my number is ***
