Account Frozen - unable to FICA account

I have been trying to get a Trust Bank account FICA'd since October 2014 and the account has been frozen for months. Unfortunately I cannot clos this account because it has not been FICA'd according to the bank. The bank has been requesting excatly the same documentation from me for well over year now and I keep submitting same. When you speak to someone at the call centre they ask for the same documentation and you submit same again and again and again.

I have FICA'd 2 other trusts by submitting the same documentation... The process is flawed, the bank personell do not know what is going on and this process is not just a FICA process but a process for the bank to have all documentation in electronic format. The bank is unable to cope with their own initiatives and freezes accounts - when you query this their answer is that it is a FICA requirement when in fact it is not.
