Account Frozen for silly reasons

<p>My account was frozen because my younger cousin tried to buy something online and failed the Verified by Visa verification. When I called the helpline they said that I must visit the nearest branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got to the branch , a consultant asked for my ID and proof of residence. Then she told me that the account was frozen due to ********** activities, I highlighted them that my sibling sometimes uses the card for online shopping.</p> <p>I asked if the card was going to be unfrozen and will I be able to use the money in the account?. The consultant then phoned a lady from FNB to look into the matter , then she handed me the phone so that I can talk to the lady on the phone.</p> <p>The lady then asked if I ever traded forex with that account then I said yes, I only make deposits and withdrawals only.<br />After the call, the consultant then told me that they won't unfreeze the account and I will not get access to my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its now the 25th of June and my account is still frozen, debit orders are bouncing and I'm now in arrears with my vehicle finance which will get me blacklisted.</p>
