ACCOUNT FROZEN FOR OVER SEVEN (7) DAYS-Error 99999

I am an FNB account holder since Sept 2019 and I have never had a bad experience with you until this happenned. On the 9th of April i tried to transfer via fnb internet banking but got an error message stating that my account is inactive ,error code 99999.I am currently not in South Africa so I called the contact centre various times and was thrown back into the call waiting queue by 1 consultant and he me my account was suspended due to one suspicious transaction which was reported from Capitec Bank,I asked my colliegde who requested me to help him on that specific transaction who is in SA as I am out of country and He was told to submit affidavit and other documents and yet till today 17th April my AC Is still blocked. Fnb did not advise me or give me any notice on this.I have an emergency and I cannot transcact on my account. This is abuse of power and humiliating for me as a client. This is unprofessional service coming from Fnb . You do not do this to clients, how would you freeze someone AC for over a week for suspicious of other AC holder seriously, IT IS UNFAIR.
