Account Frozen for 6 weeks

So last year the 14 December 2017 i submitted documents in order for my surname to be changed i received feed back to say all is in order ..Today the 25th January 2018 i realized my Salary is not in my account i called FNB first they said its because of some validation document i said to this lady that it cannot be as i sorted everything out !! she they put me through to KYC and this lady then said that i should go to the branch and submit the docs i said i will not as i did everything and ive got a email with ref number saying all is in order..she check and said oh your account has been FROZEN i asked why ??all she could say was the person who changed my surname didn’t Unfreeze my account !!!im soooo ****ed off after 6 WEEKS NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME ANYTHING..MY CHILD DIDNT GO TO SCHOOL AS I COULD NOT PAY FOR HER MY SALARY BOUNCED RIGHT BACK INTO MY EMPLOYEES ACCOUNT IVE GOT NOTHING AS IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS I WAS LAST PAID !!!!!!!!!!!WHO IS GOING TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE DEBIT ORDERS THAT BOUNCED BACK HUH ????IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS
