Account frozen due to FICA

On 18 November 2014 my mother received the following message: FNB:-)Submission of FICA documentation is required for acc ***x885. Failure to comply will result in your account being frozen on/after 25/11/2014. This was the second time in a year she got this message and after she had already supp**** all documents needed.
We went to the bank around the 20th of November 2014 and handed all documents pertaining to the account to them and it was uploaded to the system. They gave the green light that all was in place and we left happily.
On 6 March 2015 she received this message: Your FICA and regulatory compliance documents remains outstanding resulting in account profile being placed on hold for account ***x2885. So the account was FROZEN.
After consultation with the Upington branch it came to light we had to send in ALL the FICA documents again. After a hefty protest that we had done so, it came to light only 2 of her Trust beneficiaries had to upload their ID documents and proof of residence at any FNB branch. The beneficiaries did so on 11 March 2015.
After being informed by mail about this and another hefty email and phone exchange the account is still frozen as of today!
