Account Frozen but we have written proof we fica'd

Our Bank account frozen since yesterday. We Fica'd (July) through your people and have written proof. Just after 8am I called our branch (Cradlestone) and the lady (Amelia) said she had a copy of a FICA document in front of her so would get back to us in an hour... I eventually spoke to the Branch Manager, The Complaints department, the FICA department and no joy! No answers given and still frozen. <br> This is unacceptable - SARS payments did not go through etc etc...<br>
