Account frozen because of FNB's negligence.

Our account got frozen ostensibly because of FICA requirements. We comp**** with EVERY request and without proper warning the account was frozen anyway. The reason given is that the verbal questionnaire by FNB to us was not completed. In other words because FNB neglected to call us and complete the questionnaire we are being punished. Now, more than a day after this was also completed, we are still unable to pay our accounts, costing us penalties and credibility. The most aggravating thing is that all this is just smoke and mirrors. One must be a very special kind of stupid to believe that all this is of any consequence to the actual ********* of this world.
