Account frozen and they are not unblocking it
I wish i could review zero star.... FNB blocked my acc on the 22nd of june till now its still frozen.... i called them last Tuesday they said someone will contact me till now i haven't recieved a call from fnb. FNB is not a reliable bank i want to use my acc and they are just quite like they dont exist you even deducted almost 500rands for service fee yet i cant even use my money.. please do something

08 Jul 2023, 10:29After FNB promised to contact me which they didnt... As I logged into my banking app I found out that my account was terminated and my money gone. FNB never contacted me I kept calling wasting my airtime. I contacted secure chat I didn't get any help as well. How can they close my account without even taking to me? I want my account back!
