Account frozen and no one is able to assit

I'm so surprised that I am on this platform with FNB Again. Let me cut matters short, my account was frozen, and was referred to the branch, went to the Branch in Boulders Midrand, and had to wait there for 2 Hours while one of your consultant was on a call trying to get hold of Lesego Montjane, after the long wait I was advised that Lesego is not available and was sent home without any assistance. This is really inconveniencing and time consuming, especially on this period of the month where one should pay bills and rent. Kindly sort this out
