Account frozen and I am incurring costs,Bad Servicr

I would like to report FNB,On the 18 september my spouse used my account to receive money from a friend,The amount paid was not the amount that the friend owed my wife & the lady informed my wife that since I am fnb she urgently needed the funds if she can transfer the funds in excess which my wife did since she knows the lady(Chats available on whatsapp).Few days later my bank was blocked by fnb for ***** and I had been co operative since,When my wife contacted to lady she said she had a fight with the boyfrend and the boyfrend wanted the money she had the lady back ptherwise they are fine now they will submitt an affidavit to fnb,I have provided fnb with affidavits,called the investogator responsible for my case and my privater bank Colleen with no assistance at all,If FNB cannot unfreeze my account then im requesting that tgey close because im having monthly account fees for an account that I cant operate
