Account Frozen after complying with Fica 3 times

At the end of October 2014 we received an email from the FNB Business stating that we need to hand in documents for FICA. We where shocked as this was a new account opened in Feb 2014. However our business liaison Person at our Branch, Pedro Tavares, asked us to please supply the documents again as they have lost all relevant documents. We did comply with this request after dealing with two ladies: Zahida Allie and Carmen Martin from the FNB Business department. They sent us a list of required documents. We sent these documents and they did an online verification for us in November. In March one of our accounts was frozen. Struggled a week to sort the mess out. To my surprise I received an call on the 1st of May (workers day) that they need my church constitution documents. I was upset. I told the person phoning that I am not going to deal with this matter on a public holiday... they can phone me on the Monday. Up to this point I haven't received any email, sms or phone call. <br> Once again to my surprise my account was frozen today. I want answers and all they can do is send me to the next person who can't or won't help. Now I can't pay any salaries!! Frustrated & finished with FNB
