Account frozen

On 8 August 2025, I received a payment of R16741.63 from Sars . The following day 9 August 2025 my account wa frozen apparently Fnb freeze your account if they see that u had a payment from Sars and they verify it with Sars . I called and I spoke to a certain lady and she assured me the block will be removed until they get confirmation from Sars which will be after 48 hours excluding weekends. Today it's Wednesday 13 August which means the 48 hours was supposed to be depleted but still my account is frozen I'm unable to send nor receive payments.
