Account Frozen
I found out that my account was frozen after I had transferred money from my savings account. FNB took me from pillar to post and by the 22nd I was told that the responsible department would get back to me by the 25th of July. I still have not heard anything from anyone and my account is still frozen. I was not even told that my account was frozen.. What is the procedure when it comes to such issues ?

I really would like to get to the bottom of this and would appreciate someone from FNB getting back to me.
