Account Frozen

My Trust account has been frozen due to incomplete FICA documentation, but now when I want to submit, FNB cannot help me. Dawie (Moorreesburg) said that headoffice don't want to give him information. I also spoke to Desere het client care and she said that she will try to get this sorted by the 16th, but nothing yet. Nobody is coming back to me. This is very disappointing from FNB, no one seems to be eager to provide a service...at this moment banking with FNB is a nightmare!
